Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and for compliance, safety, and legal reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The package is unopened, unused, and in the original condition.

 

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to health and safety regulations.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Info@WickedMojoHemp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and a brief explanation.

  3. We will review your request and respond with next steps.

 

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We do not refund:

 

  • Shipping fees

  • Orders returned without prior authorization

  • Any product that is opened or shows signs of use

  • All THCA products must be legal in your jurisdiction. We do not issue refunds for orders refused or returned due to local/state laws.

Exchanges
