North Carolina THCA Legal Statement

Under North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 90, Article 5 and Session Law 2022-32 (Senate Bill 455):

“Hemp and hemp-derived products, including those containing tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), are legal in North Carolina as long as they contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, in accordance with federal law (2018 Farm Bill, 7 U.S.C. § 1639o). Products that exceed this limit may be considered controlled substances under state and federal law.”
